Strengthening Bonds with Taiwan!

On June 6th, NUANCE had the pleasure to welcome Professor Chiapei Chou, Executive Vice President of National Taiwan University, and Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Johnson Sen Chiang, as they toured Northwestern University. 

Currently, there are several programs and partnerships between National Taiwan University and Northwestern, including McCormick School of Engineering, Global Learning Office, and the Office of International Relations. Additionally, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan has an annual scholarship for three Taiwanese PhD applicants to study at Northwestern. With approximately 116 students and scholars from Taiwan matriculating at Northwestern, we are excited to play a part in this growing and expanding relationship!
