Minister Luhut of Indonesia Tours NUANCE

Coordinating Minister of Maritime Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, stopped by NUANCE Center Thursday April 21 for a guided tour of our facilities preceding his lecture "Indonesian Development and Security Amid the New Dynamics of the Global (Dis)Order" at Lutkin Memorial Hall on the Evanston Campus.

Northwestern University has been engaged with Indonesia on a potential Research Alliance. While the efforts to build this working relationship were reluctantly put on hold due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are very excited conditions have been improved enough to resume exploring this partnership! Accompanied by an entourage of approximately 25 people, it was a wonderful exchange of interests and ideas all around!
