Direct Electron Visits NUANCE

On Thursday December 5th, Bob Monteverde, Director of Business Development and Marketing for Direct Electron, visited NUANCE and offered a workshop. 

Mr Monteverde's talk was entitled Direct Detection Camera Technology - Enabling Advanced TEM Applications. Some of the topics covered in his talk were improved resolution, lower noise, and faster frame-rates, new advanced applications in materials and biological sciences, such as in situ TEM, 4D-STEM, ptychography, cryoEM, microED, and others of Direct Electron's Direct Detection Devices over conventional cameras.
