Gatan K2-IS & K3-IS Direct Detector Acquisition

Faculty stakeholders met with Gatan representatives Mike Coy, Laurie Krupa and Anahita Pakzad on October 26, 2018. NUANCE is in the process of acquiring two new detectors, the KS-IS direct detector which will be installed on the ARM200 and the K3-IS detector on the ARM300 on consignment. Discussed was the benefits these two new detectors will have in accelerating discovery.
