Nasir Basit hosts NUANCE monthly coffee hour

NUFAB Facility Manager Nasir Basit hosted NUANCE's monthly coffee hour on Jan. 31. The NUANCE Coffee Hour is an informal event for NUANCE Users, hosted by a different staff member each month.
Basit described changes happening due to the expansion of the micro/nano fabrication (NUFAB) cleanroom. New space for acid processing was created by rearranging existing equipment. The cleanroom also received some new equipment, such as a maskless aligner and puddle spray and develop and etch stations.
