Heidelberg Instruments visits NUANCE

Heidelberg Instruments hosted a lunch workshop about its MLA150 maskless aligner. The Northwestern University Micro/Nano Fabrication Facility (NUFAB) has one of Heidelberg's systems and will be purchasing another. The workshop served as an opportunity for users to learn about the technology's capabilities and advantages.
