Purdue Group Visits NUANCE Center

EVANSTON, IL – The Northwestern University Atomic and Nanoscale Characterization Experimental Center (NUANCE) was excited to host graduate students from Purdue University‘s Nanotechnology Student Advisory Council on Tuesday, October 10th. The Purdue group had the opportunity to tour NUANCE and SHyNE facilities and instrumentation.
The tour, guided by SHyNE Resource Director of Operations Ben Myers, included a walkthrough of the Northwestern University Nano Fabrication (NUFAB) Facility, led by Facility Manger Nasir Basit. Following NUFAB, the group had a comprehensive tour of NUANCE’s EPIC, KECK-II, and SPID facilities ending with a question and answer period.
