Ragy Ragheb, PhD, Senior Application Specialist Malvern Panalytical

Ragy Ragheb is a Senior Application Specialist with Malvern Panalytical specializing in a number of light-scattering technologies.   Ragy received his PhD in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech and completed his postdoctoral work in Biomedical Engineering at Yale University.   Ragy joined Malvern Instruments (now Malvern Panalytical) in 2014 through the acquisition of NanoSight and has supported training, sales, and development of application knowledge and expertise.  Ragy is well versed in various particle platforms and applications spaces, enjoys finding new and creative ways to approach problems, and collaborates with others to find solutions.

Technical Manager / Particle Characterization Chemist V

Ryan Keefer is a Technical Manager / Particle Characterization Chemist V at PTL. A member of the PTL team since 2012, Mr. Keefer started as a Particle Characterization Chemist I before advancing into laboratory management. As PTL’s Technical Manager, he is responsible for leading technical decisions and operations in our Nano-Characterization and Particle Speciation department. As a Particle Characterization Chemist V, Ryan is responsible for applying his years of experience in various areas of particle characterization to solving complicated client projects and providing advanced support to both clients and PTL’s laboratory staff. Mr. Keefer brings his knowledge of particle characterization, with a specialty in nanotechnology, towards working with clients to overcome challenging projects and deliver meaningful, comprehensive results.

Mr. Keefer attended Western Illinois University and the University of Illinois and has bachelor’s degrees in Bio-Chemistry and Education, and a master’s degree in Chemistry.
