2024 SHyNE Annual Meeting

The NUANCE Center, University of Chicago, and SHyNE Resource members held the SHyNE Annual Meeting on April 8, 2024. The meeting was attended by the SHyNE Internal Steering Committee members as well as the External Advisory Committee.  In addition, staff members from all the various SHyNE facilities including SQI’s Antec and Peptide Core, PLD and IMSERC attended as well.

The focus of the meeting this year was how to best position SHyNE for the future with the renewal of the NSF grant projected for 2025. Topics included workforce development and developing data management as drivers that could propel SHyNE forward in the next phase of the grant.

It’s great to have everyone come together each year and the meeting ended just in time for everyone to witness the 2024 solar eclipse!
