New External Users Procedures!
- All External users intending to work on campus must:
- Fill out the Visitor Request Form. (The link to the form is at bottom of the information page.) ***Submit at least 48 hours prior to requested arrival date.
- Take the Pandemic Essentials: Research on Campus course in Northwestern’s myHR Learn portal
- Once Step 1 is completed, make arrangements with your facility manager for building access.
- Northwestern University buildings are restricted access 24/7 at this time.
- Please review the Tech Building map to view entry and exit points.
- Your facility manager will let you into the building at the time of your visit.
- Log in and fill out Northwestern's Symptom Tracker before you visit.
- You must present your virtual green badge (approval notice) to staff upon entering the building.
CURRENT STATUS (Updated June 2021)
All NUANCE users are required to complete the Pandemic Essentials: Research on Campus certification course in myHR Learn before returning to campus and fill out Northwestern's Symptom Tracker before you visit.
